The ministerial committee formed by the Ministry of High Education and Scientific Research made a visit to Al-Ma’arif University College on Wednesday 23th November 2022. The committee consisted of (the National Supervisory Authority, the Prime Ministry, the Iraqi National Security Agency, and the minister of high education and scientific research) to check all laboratories in the college and implement a program to evaluate procedures and standards for biosecurity and biosafety according to the National
Supervisory Authority Law to Prevent Biological Spread No. (48) Of 2012 and raise awareness of laboratory workers in the field of risk management.
The committee hailed Al-Ma’arif University College at the end of the visit for its intense efforts in accomplishing all the required requirements.
