On 18th April 2023, Dr. Khalid Awad Al-Alwani a lecturer from the Department of Law at Al-Maarif University College visited Al-Anbar Police Training Center and met with the Manager of the Center, his assistant, and several of teaching officers. it was agreed to provide periodic lectures for the students of the courses held by the Center, including the definition of international humanitarian law and international human rights law, in addition to the joint preparation of specialized workshops dealing with specific related topics.
The Manager of the Center emphasized his appreciation for the visit and the keenness of the Anbar Police Command, represented by the Police Commander and its joints, to cooperate constructively with Al-Maarif University College and their praise for the prestigious level it had reached, and hope for the continuation of the approach of constructive cooperation in the service of the country and the province.
This visit came under the supervision of the Deanship of the College, within the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
