The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research – Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority issued an important clarification letter, in which it indicated that there is no legal or administrative authority for unions in the accreditation of faculties of pharmacy and dentistry, according to act No.25 of 2016, which authorized the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research alone the responsibility of accrediting public and private colleges and universities in the fields of dentistry and
pharmacy and supervising them, and private colleges and universities are under the supervision only of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
