On Wednesday, 1st November 2023, the Department of Computer Science at Al-Maarif University College held a scientific seminar entitled (Management of references using the Mendeley programme), given by Asst. Lec. Firas Mohammed Khalaf. The Lecturer presented a detailed explanation of the mechanism of the work of the program, which works to manage, organize and exchange research papers with the discovery of research data and online cooperation free of charge, as well as stored research and projects in a simplified and easy way that enables the researcher to organize his research with a precise working mechanism. He also addressed the topic of the advantages and requirements of the program, including:
-Free of charge.
- It is possible to work in groups from within the program for several people to work on one research, and participate in the sources.
- Compatible with the Word program.
- Easily organize and manage files.
- Shorten time and reduce effort.
- Ability to store online.
