On Tuesday, 18th April 2023, the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Maarif University College concluded the final match of table tennis between the lecturer of the Department of Medical Laboratories Techniques – Asst. Lec. Bilal Majeed, and the student from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences Ahmed Hadi third-year. This match was attended by Mr. Majid Yossif the President of the Sub-Union of Table Tennis in Al-Anbar province. The match ended by achieving a score of 3-0 for the student Ahmed Hadi. It is noteworthy that this tournament is one of the periodic sports activities organized by the Student Activities Unit at the college within the annual plan to stimulate the sports movement between the teaching staff and students of the departments.
