The students of the Department of Pharmacy at Al-Maarif University College visited Samarra drugs industry on wednesday 21st December 2022. This visit was headed by Prof. Dr. Ibtisam Al-Aboosi, the head of the department, accompanied by a number of lecturers. During this visit the students have gained information about the laboratory units and the workflow mechanism, and they listened to the explanation of the unit managers about the workflow mechanism. In addition, they have discovered the advanced equipment of the laboratory in the manufacture of grains and capsules.As well as, they visited each of the standardization and quality control units:
-Grain industry unit.
-Capsule manufacturing and filling unit.
-Cephalosporin unit.
