Dr. Abd Al-Rahman Hameed Al-Kubaisi, a lecturer at Al-Maarif University College – Department of Arabic Language, authored a new book that was released by the international publishing houses in Amman, Jordan on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2024.
The book titled “Arabic Linguistic Skills” has been released according to the guidelines set by the specialized committees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq. It will be taught in the first year students for the colleges of arts, education, basic education, and teachers.
