On Saturday 10th February 2024, the course (Legal Framework for Public Employment) was launched at Al-Maarif University College, the most important topics include the concern of the employee from the definition of the public official, the nature of his relationship with the State, the rights and duties of the public official, as well as disciplinary sanctions, procedures for imposing and appealing against them and termination of the functional association.
This course was held by the Department of Law, in cooperation with the Continuing Learning Unit at the college.
