As a part of scientific cooperation plan between Al-Maarif University College and University of Anbar, Prof. Dr. Musleh Shweish Ahmed, a teaching staff in Department of English – Al-Maarif University College was honored by the President of Anbar University on the occasion of his promotion to the rank of an “emeritus professor” in appreciation of the efforts exerted and his distinguished scientific excellence.
